Either solution works. Set Malus or No Player Race Resist

While you're at it. Even without this new Orc headgear, people can already get 100% Demi redux in WoE TE. Maybe you might want to disable golem stone and frost giant blood

Apparently there is a bug to get them unlimitedly. Even if you fix it, people still can dupe them. Disable them maybe
