Hi there i am thinkging of getting this skill as i see it has good effects for boost damage
specially when boss hunting. is this still a thing or not necesary to get?

Nah, it's actual name is Full Garbage because the buff lasts 30s, affects only base stats, and has a 50 minute cooldown

Its -_-. Its only good to flex extra damages when you want to make a video. Thas really it.

Only base stats AFAIK not talent during skill duration
Yes dump it. They are a waste of skill points
