This item is implemented incorrectly in iRO. Class restrictions in iRO are : Novice, Swordman, Merchant, and Assassin Classes
All other versions of RO are: Novice, Swordman, Merchant, and Thief Classes
Also no, it's not a visual text bug, thieves/shadow chasers/abyss chasers cannot equip this weapon.
