Baby characters and 3rd job? (Dancer to Wanderer)

I just made a 99/50 baby dancer and attempted to start the Wanderer job change quest on her, but none of the npcs are saying the dialogue they're supposed to and the quest isn't progressing past the starting point. I've used all my skill points and I've tried even skipping to step 3, but nothing has worked.

Has 3rd job been disabled for baby characters? Or am I doing something wrong here?

yes thats the problem they dont see baby chracters cant reborth...i think there is an issue of a Non-Trans changing to 3rd class that is applicable way back i have so many non trans changed to 3rd class way back but now cannot do it? i wonder why? hope there is a fix and back to old system changing class to 3rd even without rebirthing. please do some fix maybe add an NPC where you can become 3rd class instantly on non-trans characters

They can make non-trans 3rd class, 4th class is disabled for them though. Might be doing a step wrong or quest might be bugged?

It is disabled when 4th job is introduced, just like how it works in kRO

yeah when baby 3rd tried to change to 4th, it will be instant trans-ed into trans 3rd

great. now we cannot some of us wanted to make baby characters now on that update. please fix asap. this will go to our minds thinking unhealthy. you dont want to make youre clients unhealthy on overthingking.. please fix this baby thing maybe an npc that instant 3rd class baby characters.
