Extend Refine Rate Boost please

Please extend Refine Rate Boost until September 8th maintenance. I'm still waiting for part 2 of Refine boost spend promo. Hopefully in the future, rewards can be distributed before an event ended. Thank you 

Really, they just irritate their costumers for no reason. Not just any customers, spending customers, who are willing to give hundreds (even thousands for some people) of dollars for them.

"Hey, we have a nice event and some promotion with rewards that you can use nicely during this event. Oh wait, you are too late, we're gonna end the event. Too bad, just keep your rewards until next time. Who cares and see you!"

If they don't bother to fulfill a request as simple as this (just extension of event end date to align with the rewards for what we've been doing to support the game), good luck with your confidence on player's loyalty in the future.
