Help with trying to open the client?

I can get into the new patcher.

however when it tries to open the Client

this shows up..

Ragexe.exe - entry point not found

The Procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the dynamic link library

C:\\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\u0352571.inf_amd64_f1587dbddda0a643\8352443\atiumdag.dll

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling. 

Any idea on how to fix this issue?

you gotta rename dbghelp.dll in your game folder, anything goes just need a different name.
