A little theory in a world of unsolvable programs

Here I write about some things that caught my attention. It turns out that as a former player of other servers I know of several programs that give advantages over the game and seeing that a server Officer goes through the same thing asked me where the Gms are over the years many people have made complaints about programs or cheats they use now a small program comes to my mind is No delay and it reminded me of the effect that the Angra manyu item gives that only a GM can have, so draw your own conclusions, why don't you fix that?
