Cant change/reset password via warpportal website

Hi,
I’m not able to change my password /reset via warpportal website.
Error :
password change - “ Password invalid”
Reset password - “ The information you have provided is incorrect”

The weird things when u try reset the password the information is auto populated and why its still wrong.
Anyone know the reason?
Cant even login to my account
