i can't start the game

When i try to start the game i get the message ERROR and the launch don't start. It says "THERE WAS AN ERROR IN ROSE ONLINE LAUNCHER. THE APPLICATION WILL BE CLOSED.
MAY HAVE BEEN THE LOSS OF DATA ON WHICH YOU WERE WORKING."
What can i do to overcome this problem?

Go to the launcher settings > Advanced > Defrag + check all. If that doesn't help, you might need to reinstall.

your launcher is corrupted, you need to re-install.

Oh my bad, I thought the launcher would bug after launching the game. If your anti-virus is already allowing the launcher, then yes, you'd need to reinstall.

My brother had the same problem on his laptop, but he re-installed the game twice and the same message popped up

Mine is working properly until the previous update/maintenance. I repatched multiple times and I keep getting pop up errors.
I'm reinstalling it now, I want this resolved :\

Its always best to run both the Check All and the Defrag if you have problems.

If errors continue, then the only option is to re-install, and currently our install is a bit of a long one. Hopefully soon we will have a new installer that will be much quicker for you if you have to reinstall again.

Did check All and Defrag but still a fail. re-installation did not fix the problem, now it wont patch

But I think GenPatch is embedded into the launcher now isn't it?

All make sure your firewall isn't blocking the launcher and that you're running the game as admin on Win7/Vista.
