How do I get her to reset my skills if there are items in my inventory that I can't put in storage?
My weight is zero, but she still tells me to put all my items in storage, which is impossible. >.<

You only need 0 weight. You do not need empty inventory (just like transing).
Do you have any items with a weight of less than 1 but more than zero? That will cause weight to be displayed as 0, when it's actually 0.1 or w/e. If that doesn't fix it, what char bound items do you have on you?
