Stuck in izlude & Prontera while use eden teleporter

When Use Eden Teleport to Pront ... stuck in Prontera and disconnect..
When enter Izlude town same here Stuck there and disconeect...
i tried login 20 times still disconnet

i use tracert www.playraknarok.com ...ok no problem
but still disconect..

plz help...

My char name: Boonoo
just Trascend Novice and want to job change to High Thief
Right now Stuck in Izlude
