Sounds like your client isn't properly patched to me. Have you exited the client and run the patcher since maint?

im using window 7, yeah i think this is patch problem,,right click - run as administrator, disable UAC, but my client won't auto patch, so can you teach me about manual patch? by the way 10 minute ago i success login to character server but all my character gone.

I cannot make manual patch work anymore. I tried a while ago when someone was having problems patching automatically, and I couldn't get it to apply manually downloaded patches :-/
Please describe your problems with the patcher and we can try to get that working.

uninstall RO, and install again,, i patching use ragnarokfree.exe but failed to get 2011-3-31 data_gm.gpf

You're using the wrong installer and the wrong patcher. Uninstall RO, delete RO folder, download new installer, and you will only have one patcher to use now.uninstall RO, and install again,, i patching use ragnarokfree.exe but failed to get 2011-3-31 data_gm.gpf
