I have an issue where I will load in from teleporting, or loading from entering a area and I won't be able to move or do anything. it stops after a few minutes but was wondering if i can fix this? I've seen someone else post something similar but I can still see people and monsters, just cant do anything. suggestions?

I see this issue alot myself. Relog when it happens (go to char select and back) and you won't have to wait.
That's if it's the problem i'm thinking of. There's another issue in Win7 (and probably vista as well) where in some cases the game will stop recognizing mouse clicks upon mapchange. Alt+tab to another window and back fixes that, and the longer the RO client has been running, the less it happens.
