Mighty hammer bug =______=

i bought 450kp 1 hours ago, and bough 3 Thanksgiving Groove Pack, i got 2 weap certi and 1 armor certi....
When i tried to use safe to+7 weap certi to upgrade my katar, it successed but the Mighty Hammer took me all 2 +7 weap certi and 2 oridecon.....
iam in bad mood now, i wanna 1 of my certi back ,explanation,and fix this bug =_______________=, it hard for me to buy wpe and wat i got now is a bug =="

So you only attempted upgrading once, but it took two certs + oris? If so, contact the GM team via support ticket at support.warpportal.com

Be aware that the safe certs do not have a 100% success rate. On a failure, there is no penalty (other than the cert + ori being wasted), so it is not unlikely that oyu'll need more than one cert to successfully upgrade.

Yes, I upgraded 1 time only and it took me 2 certi and 2 ori . I have send the ticket already. Thx u for reply
