Hi, I made some kind of mistake when I was trying to be VIP. I don't know how but when I purchase the 180 days VIP option it somehow made it twice. So instead of using just one time 3350 points I used up 6700 points! The other 3350 points was wasted! Is it possible to refund that?

Yes it is possible to get a refund for it seeing as how it was an unintended mistake. Send in a ticket through https://support.warpportal.com/
