do i really need to log out to exhale again..because im using my soul exhale only once then it wont let me use it again. i need to relog to use it again. this happened to me today but the past few days its normal and i can spam my soul exhale on others.
please help. what should i do?

You're doing something wrong.
Soul exhale has a delay on it, but assuming you wait through the delay (what, 5 seconds?) you can use it as often as you want.
Are you aware that you need to hold shift (or use /ns) to use it on another player, despite the fact that there's no logical reason for it to be like that?
