MVP Gravestone

I killed a MVP and some of its MVP reward items dropped. There was a mob at the death spot so I could not pick up the items right away. The MVP gravestone spawned by the time I got rid of the mob and had to use a greed scroll to get the loot due to the dialogue bubble appearing everytime I have to hover over the gravestone (which is something else they should consider changing, maybe have the gravestone spawn 1-2 minutes after the MVP dies). I did not get one of the items I know dropped because I had hovered over it after I killed the MVP. I used several greed scrolls around the stone to make sure I didn't miss it the first time.

I'm not sure if this is just some random thing or an actual bug but I wanted to see if this happened to anyone else.
