game crash error report

i have looked all through the forums & havent seen this posted anywhere, also ive sent in two support tickets without responses.
(( i can log into the test server just fine, only Ymir has issues))


this is what i see when i try to log into Ymir:

first this one:

You're trying to use the test client to log onto a non-test server.

You'll need to use the normal client to log onto Ymir.
