In Maestia, players can choose to play on one of the two sides: Superion Guardians and the Temple Knights

You can read about the background story on the website as I am not going to write it about it here.

What you will learn from this post is the statistical differences between the two sides.

Warrior

-[Passive] Physical Defense Increases by 1.05 times
-[Active] Physical Attack Increases by 1.40 times

Temple Knights

-[Passive] Physical Attack Increases by 1.05 times
-[Active] Physical Defense Increases by 1.40 times

Mage

-[Passive] Magic Critical Chance increases by 1.15 times
-[Active] Magic Defense Increases by 2.50 times

Temple Knights

-[Passive] Magic Defense increases by 1.3 times
-[Active] Magic Attack Increases by 1.3 times


Ranger

-[Active] Movement Speed Increases by 40%

Temple Knights

-[Passive] Physical Critical Chance increases by 1.15 times
-[Active] Attack Speed increases by 80%

Cleric

-[Active] Increase Physical and Magic Attack by 1.20 times to the allies within 4 meters

Temple Knights

-[Passive] Heal Amount increases by 1.05 times
-[Active] Increase Physical Defense by 2 times and Magic Defense by 1.5 times to the allies within 4 meters

Fact: The mage and the cleric picture is incorrect. How?

It is the Clerics of Papyrus who has the elven ears, the Mages are the ones with normal human ears.

Though to be honest, i'd rather have clerics with normal ears so I can play a cleric.
I don't seem to understand why put those big ears, they aren't cool and elf fetishes are meh.

I don't really decide on characters by their ears or race unless there are statistical differences so I can't really relate to what you are saying.

However, I do understand that there are large communities out there that will disagree with you - the elf fetish-ist (is that even a word?)

warriors are nice, theyre a DPS tank right from the get go.

rangers are nice, theyre fun to play as and have good damage potential if you build properly.

mages... unless you want to stick with them until endgame, dont even bother. mages got a massive nerf from CB that makes them useless (and out damaged magically by cleric until level ~3X). until you have the wisdom and the int. to really boost your magic attack and mana mages will not be useful, as they run out of mana very quickly.

clerics are nice, theyre a lot more mana efficient than mages and have the same damage outpuit for most of the game. they can also take a hit where mages cannot.
