Because the way a regular portal and an instance entrance works is very different, so the same fix will not work for both issues.

It's not an instance, this is during the quest - the quest warp works for the first half but not the finishing part.......................................................................................my tickets have said this atleast 100 times, one was titled NOT INSTANCE RELATED
