The man who pays you asked you to install a software for a customer. You grab the software from the company's designated server and installed it on the customer computer. Reboot. Customer's computer now has the blue screen of death. User complained to boss. IT day from hell.

Step 7. Are you with Comcast? Is your ISP blocking the patch server? Try pinging the patch server by clicking on Start Menu > Run > Type in CMD and press Enter. In the black window type in ping ropatch1.gravityus.com

If you get a reply from ... that's mean that you are ABLE to access the patch server. If you get a no response message that's mean that you are NOT able to access the patch server. If this is the case then you need to change your Comcast DNS server to a different server.
