You're better off posting in the actual sub-forum of the game you wish to play. That way you can get quicker replies from people who have had the same issue and managed to solve it. Either way check your Task Manager to see if any instance of the installer is running, close it and try again. Otherwise, simply ask the forum members if they have alternate download links to the full installer instead (assuming your error crops up when you try to run the DLM that downloads the game files).
