-Arrow Vulcan occasionally will not cause any damage/use arrows. Also causes character to lock up.
-Sling Arrow occasionally causes character to completely freeze unable to do anything until player moves character around, which then 'unfreezes/unlocks' the character. Happens frequently when spamming spell in rapid succession

Ive done numerous tests and even filmed the arrow vulcan bug happening using the ingame recorder. It usually happens when im taking hits in mid cast. Taking a hit midcast will cause my character to completely lock up or start procing no damage hits after that. It also appears that the server is giving me the cast delay as if i actually cast the spell even though no damage was dealt

Im probably going to have to start using a phen clip to cast arrow vulcan. Hopefully this acts as a temporary bandaid to the problem until it can be resolved

This bug has been in the game since 2005.
