my friend logged in and cant see his either. He repatched too. When he used my computer to log on, his characters were there. LOL?!

Might have to repatch according to Oda on a recent update. Have to be in admin mode and patch so that the client can handle the new 27 char slots and stuff correctly.

if you havent logged out since a few hours ago.. you might want to restart the client as administrator from scratch
if that doesn't work delete the patch patch2 and patch_allow files in your folder and download all the patches from scratch

Your clients are not patching correctly. Old clients cannot see the chars on new server.
To force a repatch without having to start from 2011, replace patch.inf with the one in the most recently dated archive in http://drazzy.com/patch
You also probably have to run the patcher as admin.
