ok, i've been pouring over the skills, talking to a lot of ppl and came up with this for a build, and wanted feedback on my updated build. this is a PvE/PvP build


HUNTER

High Concentration -1
Sniper's Coolness -9 (lengthen -1)
Escaping -10
Uppercut -10
Weapon Upgrade -10 (strengthen 5 or 10 depending if i max out dna or not)

RANGER

Range Extension - 10
Launcher Weapon Mastery -10 (strengthen 5 or 10)
Shock Firing -10
Stealth Detection -10
Repairing Launcher -10 (upgrade 5 or 10)
Fixed Firing -10
Head Shot -2
