aw that saddens me now .-. oh well i guess i can just do it for the actual hat on certain chars then and get the costume on whatever accounts i want it on. Unless its tradeable then that isnt so bad i guess lol

Giving 200 xmas cookies to npc is prontera is pointless. No extra special rewards for it =\ (waste of cookies T-T)

prob talked to coons in wrong order or picked the wrong option with the captain. i messed up the order once first time got crap, then the next two times no issue when i followed order

hmm i followed the guide on irowiki.. maybe i got the wrong order of #raccoons sad, my xmas cookies, my stolen cookies and candies.. oh well, re-doing on another characters..

alright, finally got the polar bear cap with the #raccoon: 2 > 5 > 12 > 20 > 25 ... did the previous without following the order..

by the way, got the normal version instead of costume version

Is the Polar Bear Hat / Costume worth all this trouble? What does it even do? I only ask because I very much despise doing quest in this game.

there really is no quest. it's extremely simple in what you need to do, the only tiresome part is farming xmas cookies (imo all coons should drop stolen candies/cookies and xmas cookies and bags)

collecting xmas cookies is about 99% of the time you'll spend on it

i got this too... i'm so pissed, after spending so much time hunting for those stolen cookies and candies and xmas cookies. i'm really irrated. at least we should have been told about the ranking and being told that if you got last years event we will deny you the other hat. now, they have to go one by one as people put in tickets.... it's so frustrating.

i swear this quest is so frustrating!!! i wish the GMs would kindly state out the damn rules for this quest. Like if your character did the rudolf hat quest last year, you will be offered some cute meaningless crap. if you missed out of the rudolf we will give you the chance for costume or non- costume version of this panda hat. thank you for playing~

*tempted to throw the computer...* what is frustrating is that it's not fair rewarding. it would be fine, if this was the end gift for all, but it's not, and i spent time to do the quest, between RL and what not. Yes it's my time and i'm not forced to do it, but at the same time, they weren't open about the tiered rewards, nor was it explained in the event page. this should NOT have been an after thought, but stated on the main event page on WP. not hidden in forums somewhere.

Does anybody got the Costume version of the polar bear? im a wizard and its complety useless the equipment version to me, so i want the costumed one... which i would use forever because of how awesome it looks.. So, anyone has got it already? as far as i know you need to do another talk to the coons in another order, but i dont know which order.. plus, im at 40 Xmas cookies.

Hey guys, i found this in pRO event's website:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The reward for this event is dependent on the order in which you talked to the Raccoon NPCs.
• You need to talk to Raccoons no. 2, 5, 12, 20, 25, in exact order to get the Costume Reward (C Polar Bear Cap), but not the Equipment Reward.
• If you wish to receive the Equipment Reward (Polar Bear Cap), you need to talk to Raccoons no. 1, 2, 5, 15, 25.
• Talking to other Raccoon NPCs not mentioned above will result to a different reward.
• The quest is only available ONCE per character and is NOT repeatable. Be careful on talking to Raccoon NPCs to make sure that you will get your desired reward.

Also, it looks like they only have one quest, instead of the 2 of 3 we have.
