Hope everyone had a very nice holiday weekend, with merry making and whatnot! Checking back in to address some questions and what we are working on this week.

-We are checking up on the reports we have received on items that have been duplicated. We are going through our pre and post merger logs to determine what items may have been doubled and how, if you notice that you have items that have miraculously multiplied please leave them where they are. Moving these items would create needlessly lengthy down-times for affected accounts.

-VIP exp has been returned to it's pre-merger rates, these were temporarily boosted in autumn for Ymir the Renewal servers to prepare for the original Ygg/Ymir merge. There is still a double monster drops and exp event going on through January!

-The Christmas Raccoon quest was fixed earlier this week

-The GM Team is crunching on resolving name conflict tickets

-Searching up quest bugs (looking at you Malangdo Island....)

-The polar bear cap costume will be added to Alora as a +8 upgrade and additional
Costume will have a little bonus to exp for the month of January

Item promotions

Working on automating-up the remaining missing Black Friday rewards so we can pull a list of who didn't get the items and get those distributed out as soon as we can

Oda can you clarified about the christmas cookie exchange for 50,150,200 cookie??
if i exchange 200 cookie will i have a chance to obtain a costume polar bear cap??

That's nice. But when it's there for 6 months on all the servers, everyone gets used to it, and some people only knew it. Contrary to popular belief, RO does get new players. It's stupid to take it out with no warning, and not even address the issue until a week later.

Oda, what happen to enrich hammer boldy dude? is he coming back? asking this because he was suddenly removed w/o any notification or so...

Also, what should we expect for this Saturday WoE? is it going to be as last Saturday? or perhaps the issue has been addressed already?

Oda, why are you avoiding answering whether or not we'll be getting enriched boxes? it's not even an open-ended question, a simple yes or no will be perfectly fine.

edit: 5 out of the last 6 posts, including mine, ask about enriched boxes.
