warpportal support still has no answer.. HELP me plox

sent a ticket already twice but no answer yet. any Gm's around to help me so i can level again?!
and i have a curious question coz awhile back i broke +7 Guard of requiem(teddy bear) on it and +7 Magestic goat [1].just woke up and m still sleepy,i decided to upgrade some slotted guards and i didn't know i haven't taken the carded guard off of me and next thing you know i lost my +7 (teddy bear) guard. The +7 Magestic Goat [1] happened in the same week i think...same situation..
my question is can this be rolled back? coz somebody said i can ask for a roll back since it's not intentional and it happened to them too and they got a roll back.
So GM's help me...need some help on my VIP account and some questions to be answered. thanks

i've seen GM's post in the past about similar circumstances like your VIP problem. As long as both logins are on the same Warp Portal Account it should be easy to move it over i think. The processing of it might be a bit slow with the flood of other things their handling at the moment.

Most if not all of the support team, I assume, are not working on Christmas, there may be a delay on all ticket answering, not just yours.

Also, sending in more than one ticket doesn't help. If anything it slows down the ticket system. They do respond to every ticket, but they sometimes take time. Plus, it's the holidays so I really doubt they're running full force.

well, that is sad since teddy bear card is expensive now on classic... and i dun have the zeny to buy and slot magestic goat again and again hehI don't think u can rollback...
i will try mailing oda, however i dun like to spend twice...since it's on the same WP account, maybe they can just transfer it to my main playing account..i do hope they help me before exp event endsEhhh buddy I hate to say it, but payment dept. is wayyyyyyy behind. It took them ~3 weeks to refund my server transfer after I backed out. So you'd be waiting a while. You can try mailing Corvus or Oda here on forums and see if they'll be generous enough to help you out quickly. Or, your second option would be to buy VIP again, and wait for the refund later. Yes, you're paying double, but by the time you get it back, the month will almost be over and you'll have to buy VIP again.

do u think it'll be faster that way? i haven't touch the KP yet and haven't use the account since it's not my main and all i have in there is just a super baby Novice for vending...yeah i guess i can't get the items back...just had to try and ask if it's true....maybe that person is just messing with me..You can request for WPE refund via ticket. But for the equipments you lost, most likely you can't get it back due to your own fault of breaking it.

tnx, if they will restore it again.. i will take the +7 guard with teddy bear card on it...usually the GMs will let you restore an item ONE time... but thats it they wont ever do it again... so you might decide which item is more important to not lose and ask for that one... my suggestion is from now on when you get sleepy or just wake uptake some time away from iRO so you dont make these mistakes again....
