For all the Raiders, what would you most likely recommend? Katar or Dual? Why and what are the benefits towards them?

you dig? okay, i will explain it in details for you.

higher attack speed doesn't always means higher chance of making damage[not missing]. if you want to land a hit, you should use accuracy as comparison, not attack speed.

katar class has higher base aspd but low base accuracy.

in comparison to dual raider which have low base aspd but high base accuracy.

in PVM, the difference in accuracy will not be so obvious because you can always hit the target as long as it is in your level range and you have decent accuracy, but in PVP with targets with high dogde attributes, you can see the difference that dual wield have higher chance in making damage than of katar,

it should have been "higher accuracy means higher chance of making damages" come on, it's pure common sense.

Nice explanation. Given your comparison then what would you suggest for primarily PVM. I'm assuming in that case it's Aspd since as you said I'm going to hit the mobs anyway right?

yeah katar pwns duals a lot in PVM.

As far as I know, katar don't have AOE (correct me if I'm wrong.) so that's why I went dual sword. Very useful in getting AOE parties to level in OT / Prison / Ruins.

But apparently they're no good with PVP, but I haven't got pass lvl 200 yet to test that out...

Dual Raiders are quite good against clerics, mages and sword champs in War PVP but if you want an honor point farmer, not that much points.
