I must have some mistake or am missinformed about something but all my chars from valk are gone. was this sopose to happen?

Client's probably just not patched - if you use the old client to access merged server, all your char slots will show as being blank.,

oh the force patch good idea but im special needs in that department always do somethin wrong i need to redownload ro anyways thankfully there not gone. Anything else important about chaos i need to know pertaining loosing thing lol

There are three storages now. If you don't transfer items from the ygg and valk storages to the main one, you will lose your items in a few months

Make sure to close all RO clients and patch as admin. If you don't see your characters showing up at all when you log in you must force repatch. The way to do that is to delete the patch, patch_allow, patch2 files from your game and restart the client running as admin.

If your 6 Year Old Characters were just name holding Novices they may have been deleted for the sake of opening up names.

I have lost all of my characters too and I have never found a bug or error in game. Where is the post to fix this, I only get error messages when I click the link on the update screen.

The main causes of this are:

Patching classic after fully patching renewal client. As long as classic is patched through november, it's safe - but if classic is patching from before mid-november, it will replace the updated renewal client with an old one.

Patching renewal when there's a client already running.

Patching renewal without running as admin
