if you must use a grimtooth get expert archer enchants... increases ranged damage by %... i dont know of any daggers a ninja can use that are slotted and can be enchanted... ninja cant use swords so the red twin edge sword is out... as far as whats a good build, it depends on your end goal...
A player from KRO said that she tested the new Ninja class and confirmed that she is able to use the Red Twin Edge sword.

Red Twin can only be wielded by Trans or 3rd classes that can use swords (swordsmen, thief and merchant).
Top 2 weapons for ninja are either Huuma Blaze Shuriken which is 2 handed or Grimtooth which can be enchanted in malangdo.

good to know Kagerou/Oboro will in fact be able to use 1h swords... i know kunai will be getting a change (dunno if its a real nerf or just a change in mechanics) tobe based on dex instead of str... it also matters if youre going for PVP or PVM as to dagger usage... in PVP i use mailbreaker and swordbreaker both with ranged enchants... since they can break gears with skills like throw kunai... from what ive heard alot of trans only gears will become available to K/O class...
Still doubt that they will be allowed to use the Twin Edge swords as those are Trans or 3rd class only.
Wonder if they will be lowering the damage of Throw Kunai. If they just switch it's Str bonus to Dex I don't care. Would actually like it as that would make a TK/Magic Hybrid easier.

it prolly will get a bit of a nerf... otherwise it will be outdammaging all the other skills at 150... but i dont think it will matter that much ultimately... with the slew of new skills and new gears we are getting it should even out... ive always found that hybrids are the most formidable build for ninja anyway... glad my skills are all set for K/O... may have to adjust my stats but we will really have to see how things work out... even if we cant use the twin edges just having more weapons open to us will be great... excalibur means we will finally have a holy element weapon, and immaterial sword will be good for ghost types.... ice falchoin and fire brand would give magic types 2 new magics to play with (even if they are weak)... i look forward to all the combinations available... and hopefully alot less cookie cutter builds
I have to ask the question, Do you not even feel a little ashamed, or a bit of a hypocrite, seeing as how you have probably already 99'd the ninja using the very skill you say you don't mind getting nerf'd?
This is the one major drawback that I dislike about the fact that your characters are immortal, never expire or even get deleted/ It's the fact that they take so long to "Fix" certain skills but it only hurts the people who never abused it in the first place leaving others with their 150 or 99 characters intact. I am really thinking of the Rangers Fire Trap back in the day when it dealt NEUTRAL damage of all things which was so stupid it isn't funny. And ofc Rangers and Shadow Chasers all 150'd of the damn thing. Really how hard was it to see that Fire trap should have an element.... anyway end rant sorry got carried away just little things like that annoy the hell out of me.
