care to briefly explain what to look for in the tracert that will show that its the server or our connection that's lagging?

The amount of time taken between connections.

The final times that are normally higher then the others show how much of a lag there is connecting to the server. It doesn't matter what service you have or how close you live there has been a lag with the server for sometime even outside of WoE. It's just easier to see now in WoE with all the people. The server we're on has had problems for some time though. Ever since the server company did "routine" maintenance on it then had to repair it & were eventually supposedly going to replace it.

My regular connection speed is 1-10ms till I hit their side & it jumps up to 50ms. That's with no activity.

Bathory still goes to GH. So useless. How many times do I have to keep asking for it to be changed back to Niff before I actually get acknowledged instead of ignored like the rest of my questions do?

Maybe someone that is able to get answers can help out here please.

i have problem whit base lvl point.
iam lvl 30 hight tref when i kill Archer Skeleton i have only 0.6% / base exp poin on web is 405. and Soldier Skeleton give me 0.9% and have base exp point 216.

You get a level based exp penalty. If the difference between the monster's level and your level is too high you get lesser exp than you are supposed to. In general you should kill monsters that are between 10 levels below you and 15 levels above you.
