I put in for stat reallocation on Friday, the e-mail said it would be taken care of by Monday. Cool.

I get an e-mail at 3 AM on Saturday saying it can't be done because my character weight is not zero. Ooops my fault.

I make adjustments. It's now Tuesday and I replied to the ticket as asked, and even created a new ticket because the reply didn't have a subject and I thought hey maybe they overlooked it because of that.

I paid $10 and I'm kinda waiting to play my character but can't for obvious reasons.

I'd give it 'til the end of business hours and then complain. Tuesday's the day it's likely to happen, but that doesn't mean it'll be first thing. I'd give it 'til anywhere from 5 pm to 9 pm PST, depending on when the employees clock out for the day.
