eMatk are not like that... eMatk are the ones that you can't see in stat windows such as musician buffs, box of drowsiness and such... weapon matk counts as the whole number in your right side of the stat window...

I did test it long ago and got something similar.

No, eMatk is visible; it's just lumped with wMatk in the stat window.

And wMatk can't be the whole number on the right side because the right side includes things such as Odin and HBP. The wMatk formula doesn't include those buffs anywhere. =s

It makes sense to have these kinds of buffs go into a separate category of matk instead of being counted into the weapon.
Also don't think box of drowsy even shows up on the stat window at all.

Try it for yourself and for Malangdo weapon enchants use the section labeled "Additional Enchants - (Mora enchants, LVL4 weapons, custom ones)" at the bottom of "Equipment".

Btw, I'm not using SoD at all lol (my SoD has Spell 5 & matk +2% enchants btw), I'm using my new (old?) Glorious Staff of Destruction and some gear that adds +matk instead so I can compensate for my high base matk.

That's a good set up... but Tasty White Ration, Box of Drowsiness and Rainbow Cake stats don't show up on stat windows and they don't stack, one overwrite the other... kinda same as +10 food.

I have Matk + 3% on each pendant... I might make another pendant for spell x3 just to increase +matk but dunno yet lol.

In any case, you guys are finding new ways to increase your MATK... I believe, that after breaking the 1k barrier, damage will increase in quite a bit.

- High upgrade Staff (KvM or Vellum)
- try to mass good chunk of +matk and have it in a ~150/200 range from the base stats.
- Buffs

Simple as that =)

After testing regular gears, I can reach up to 25k per released comet... quite a lot I must say.

With that amount of MATK, along with fbh and high upgrade staff as well as another few other "kro buffs/build", perhaps you can get close to this:




You don't need fbh to past the 25k barrier damage against a 73% demi human resistance player... I've test it already and is quite feasible.

Refining your staff above +10 gives more than average MATK right? how big are the numbers?

@ +14, it's +98 weapon matk.

Weapon matk > base matk.

It also gives you a "misc" matk which is random but quite good.

As of this week, I've tweaked a lil bit the damage output to balance cast time and matk.

With all my buffs, I can deal around 29k per comet on +9 WoE Set Mage/Aco Class... and that's w/o any MvP and/or God Item... 36k per comet w/ fbh (I still need to test something else since I haven't got the chance... but if it DOES work as I think it does, I can deal around 43k per comet with all buffs and fbh).

Against non-woe set players (those who likes to use fire unfrozen or bryn or sleipnirs), Comet damage goes up to 43k w/o gods/MvPs.

So far, I have the other warlock on guild follow some tips and his Comet even w/o gods and MvPs can deal around 23k per comet... which is quite a good amount after releasing twice.

Nope, that's on GvG rooms (WoE reductions applied), and that's per Comet.

I'm trying to get our warlocks follow same path so Magic can be an asset for our guild.

It is in WoE I think. you can hit 40k in pvp really easily.
