What is the best variations of stat distribution and item wielding for say a decent Sura to do all, MVP, WoE, and PvM?

100 vit
90-100 int
90-100 dex

As a rule of thumb, I would not go above 100 on any particular stat. 20 stats point for 1 stats after 100 is a waste.
