I wanna start playing RO,

how big is the player population? are there many bots? is it worth/fun to give it a shot?

such loaded questions... populations are healthy, bots are present, fun is subjective...

How fun you think RO is depends on if you played RO in the past.
If you played in the past you are less likely to find the current incarnation fun, Especially if you played
before Renewal.

But if you are starting fresh, you will have lots of fun, I suppose.
Population is low compared to other MMOs.
Bots are rampant and the people on forums are crazy.

I don't think anyone can tell you if the game will be fun for you specifically, just have to play for yourself. Asking if a game is fun is is like asking the waitress if the food is good.
I can tell you the population is healthy, and that there are many players that are eager to help a fish (new player)
Yeah there are bots but not nearly as many as there used to be, pyramids, spores, flora are actually viable maps now

If you want to play, then play, instead of asking questions for which every player has a different answer to.

If not, then move on to any other game which would suit your taste.

I love how idiots lay out blanket statements.

For the record, I haven't lagged very often since I came back (right as Renewal came out). I could probably count the times I've had to deal with lag on one hand.

I don't think I lag except when I go in eden and there's 100 people with chats open, even makes my computer lag. And I've heard WoE is unplayable now because of lag
