because everyone that is logged on now is talking about there accounts being banned.
sort it.
everyone cant play much now.
and lots of peoples mains are on them accounts.

I have the same problem i lost my cleric 200 and so did i lost all my warportal points to ? what is happening here.

Or at the very least a "We are aware of the problem and are currently investigating this issue." would suffice...

Yes, we have suspended a large number of accounts recently. Yes, there is a common reason for them being suspended, and the proof we have is solid. I am not going to call anyone out here on the forums, so if you need to know why you are suspended, contact support. The suspensions should be lifted rather quickly.

They must have... My lvl 78 Bourg was banned... all I've done with him was grind to 78.. and run my shop every now and then (selling stuff my lvl 200 crafter makes)
There is absolutly no way I've done something that warrents a block/suspension.

So what I'm gathering from this is that a large number of accounts were temporarily banned for using some exploit. Temporary bans usually seem to last 3 days for those who are concerned. If you guys banned a lot of accounts for the same reason, can we know what that reason is? It has to be some exploit or something. This way we can hound you guys if you don't get it fixed.
