I just love the prospectus the SD holds for the opposing/defending team. Its only beneficial to those who know how to wield them properly in the war. To some, its the most troublesome skill to pull off, while to some. it was the game changer for them. The moment of opportunity, if I would properly define it. War never change, and so is the strategies XD

Please don't nerf the SD just because people cant pull it off properly/hate that it wipe all guild. It can be tanked, evaded, stopped, and can be successful in many way. The key word is teamwork, teamwork, teamwork.

I just don't like that mechanics can be constantly swapped in guild so a guild can have full 2 hours of SD protection/offense in WoE. I say do something about that abuse and not touch SD's damage. :P

If anything, it should also kill the mech aswel :)

The fact that it drains all the mechs sp and has a chance to break gear is not enough for it. 5 min cooldown then, what you gonna do after you explode?
Sigh. People need to play mech and then ask for nerf.

I'm not complaining bout the skill, but in theory, its a suicidal skill, therefore the user should die as well.

You don't wait for the 5 mins, you make multiple mechanics in guild for swapping and have another one blow up. The cooldown means NOTHING at all to high leveled guilds. I leveled my Mechanic prebalance to 150 in like a week. Now with the buff on Arm Cannon and everything, pretty sure they level much faster now. My mechanic is only 1 of a few dozen we have at our guild. :P

So that means that you agree to getting SD nerfed? What else does those mechs you guys have in your guild do other than neutral barrier, SD in woe? The fact that most mechs usually flop after exploding means that it's the role that they play. Having that nerfed would make them totally useless in big woes. You can prolly try breaking gears of people that are fcp'd or just be a repair slave.
Oh well, everyone is asking for everything to be nerfed anyway :P

I never said it should be nerfed. It's just that guilds bypass that 5 min cooldown by making alt mechs to play and bench while waiting for the cooldown, giving them a good circulation of SDs for a full 2 hours of WoE. And that's something GMs should do something about because SD is such a gamebreaking skill.

You die very often from your own SD reflect, especially when you blow a full guild.

Them dying doesn't really matter if you're seriously playing mechs you sholud be bwinging and tabbing to the next client.

The only reasonable nerf for SD is to make it easier to interrupt - e.g. i suggest to make it be as lethal as is but cast time increased to at least 4 seconds unreduceable with Dex.

glast heim nightmare w/e it is. You can get a pair of boots that reduces fixed cast time by some chunk and I'm pretty sure you can get instant cast DB and suicidal with it.(or even better for db instant -1int/dex)

I feel SD is fine. Just eat a sped pot a run 5 cells if you don't want to die.
I would not wanna stand and tank a mech, when i see him coming.
God i am ranger and i must be the one complaining about character balance in woe.

I have very interesting idea to nerf SD - make use of SD put some kind of debuff on Mechanic that block MADO reequip until you pay off some zeny for wasting your gear for such. Let`s say cost of reequip will be 10 millions of Zeny. This will kill off any idea of making effective SD barrage of numerous SD mechanics.

People tend to SD when a guild just recalled.. in that case, who'd have a time to speed pot/ SW or whatever?? especially when the lag is crazy :_:
