I haven't been on iRO for about a year and I noticed a lot of new pets were implemented. Where do you get the Leaf Cat tame, Very Soft Plant? I haven't been able to find any solid information on it.

I saw one site said it dropped from Leaf Cats at 0.4% chance, but iRO wiki and, ugh,renewal.playragnarok.com's database couldn't confirm this.

I'm looking to buy one of these eggs or hunt for the tame, but I don't know where to go.

It's actually a Lucky Box item, so you won't find it as a drop.

The eggs are not intended to be that expensive; events for the community where the tames are given out happen fairly often. I.e. it's good to participate, if you win you've got an egg, but if you try to sell the tames for 100m each you're just be silly, and if you are lucky enough to catch the pet you should hang onto it. The idea is to share the fun, not make a profit. I just say this because I have seen some eggs for auction in the 1billion range, but I want everyone to know that if you have a specific pet in mind just request it during the next event so that the tames can get requested and subsequently released. I don't want anyone having a monopoly on these pets, especially as the GMs have to A) test the new pet effects B ) put the food in the NPC and C) do tests to make sure it can't be abused, for example dc'ing groups of people. They don't do all that just for 1 or 2 people to have exlusive access.

It's intended to be more rare than the tames that comes out in a lucky box (which flood the market) but not so rare that they cost this much.

Also Sully, the evil nymph has been requested but has not yet been tested. The request is there for the GMs to test it out before it goes in, but right now here is a list of what has been given previously and thus what people can hope to receive during an event Conclusion: play Sully's events and maybe win some l33t mad tames <3
