When were these removed from the Kafra Shop? Was is it any of the maintenance notes at any time?

I understand they were a "limited item" (you know, like the Rockabilly Hair, Old Timey and Chicken costumes, etc.) but had I'd known they were going to be leaving, I would have stocked up. To be quite honest, that promotion was one of the few things keeping me buying Kafra Points. A heads up would have been nice.

Also, I do realize I can buy Battle Manual boxes and exchange them for HE manuals through the exchanger but I really liked the discount for how many characters I level and how much I've spent on the discounted boxes (it adds up).
