In addition, add a pop-up confirmation saying that once WP points have been converted, they can't be converted back into WP points.
This will REALLY help people getting used to the new payment system and prevent new people from making the same mistake. (Because payment mishaps drives potential customers away.)

But no lie, we just worked up those same requests yesterday so we are on the same path to overall peacefulness and contentment.

Sometimes you have to shout to be heard. Glad to know it's being worked on.Those are things we are working on, no need to yell at us.

*drum roll*
the item mall!!! even thought there is no mention of the "item mall" on that page - clever, is it not? If you go to the ragnarok online website, for instance, and click on pay for sub...
it takes you to that warp portal page where nothing is clear. So I transfer "WP" and guess what - I have a bunch of useless Kafra points and I cannot even log on.
The reason they never looked at changing it is why would they bother when they can rip you off. =)

That and the payment verification where you DO NOT notify players when their payment method has been approved only serves to cause more grief than necessary. I question your thought process in the payment page designs.
