I'm new player and I want to know how can I find the Window Shopper Catalogs show in this link. http://irowiki.org/wiki/Commerce

I have checked in Eden HQ for many times but I can't find the NPC.

Instead of spending KP for it, you might want to use http://www.ragial.com/. I don't really see what sort of advantage the catalogs have over it, aside from maybe highlighting the shop.

If you really want those though, I'm pretty sure you can find them clicking the giant kafra shop button on the top right of your screen, I can't remember their category though.

Go to 99, 62 in Prontera [lower left hand quarter of the city]. 200 zeny a pop, iirc. I should have paid attention to the dialogue box. You can buy up to 50 at a time.

- Window Shopper Catalog is sold by NPC: Catalogue Magician found at 99.64 in Prontera town (Bottom left).

- Bargain Hunter's catalog is sold through Kafra Shop for 25 C kafra points.

I believe it's part of a newb quest that you have to find and buy one of those Window Shopper catalogues. don't remember which quest tho.

The in-game shopping boards are such a huge improvement over Ragial that I barely miss it. Admittedly the price tracking part of ragial was helpful but I can just do that myself in notes since it is so easy to check every vendor at once now with the boards.

Is there a way to know where the person selling is in the map? 

 

And is there a way so that the names of the shop owner always show when you search the shopping board? 

 

Sometimes I want to send an offer through RODEX but i can't see their name in the shopping board search and I have to physically locate their store.

The name of the shop owner only shows up if they're near the Shopping Board that you use--not sure what the max distance from the board is. If you open the shop from the Shopping Board then close the shop (but don't close the Shopping Board window), the most recently opened shop will be highlighted in orange when it's on your screen. You still need to physically locate the store, but it's marginally easier this way.

 

That's why some sellers include their coordinates in the shop name--to make it easier for potential buyers to find their shops without using the method above.

I wasn't paying attention to the date posted lol. Anyway it's a shame ragial isn't there anymore and we're stuck with a <snip> shop board.
