Renewal will hit us sooner or later, so stat reset is coming soon too.
Emperium is going to have 700hp and it will have plant-like immunity (so you cant make higher damage than '1')

Basicly now agi is going to be essential stat of breakers build instead of str. Vit will be still important as it is now.
But i don't know how about other stats, so I am asking you guys:

Did you see any good Renewal stat builds?
And how about weapon? Assassin Dagger with Dopel? Or no weapon, since your aspd is higher without it.
What do you think?
And I'd like to prepare sooner, untill aspd gears are still quite cheap.

P.S: Yeah, forgot to mention that i'm interested in GX builds, sry

It sounds like you answered your own question...

Attack speed is all that matters. No reason to use daggers, because double-attack counts as one hit, so yes, i think we'll see people punching emps on agi builds with aspd gear on.

It is rumored that double attack does hit the emperium twice in renewal. If that is true then a max attack speed thief class will be the fastest breakers.

What I am looking forward to the most with the change is that it brings in your team mates for breaking too. It should make fights more intense since you will not be able to steal castles anymore by zerging past defenders in the last seconds of WoE.

Punching emps? I guess that ends full divest as a show stopper then. I hate it when stalkers touch my ears.

Go test double attack on plants to test out for sure if it does 1 hit or two hits. Might as well test out other variations such as double daggers to see if that helps.

With that said, anyone can break emps in Renewal and you no longer need specialized emp breaking builds to do it properly.

Oh yeah, someone said that Double Attack still displays as miss even though it does damage to plants.

Best emp breaker would be someone doing ranged attack though, since SW have 25k hp and lose only 1 hp each hit.

I think DA shows two misses, but actually does 1 damage to plants. That's what I remember at least... easy enough to check.

Yup. I can attest to this. Whenever my Stalker attacks a plant with a dagger, I tend to "miss" but still do dmg to it. There's a point where even though my last double attack misses, the plant dies to it.

Double attack does not work its usuall way. It makes only 1 dmg everytime though it says 'Miss', it never does 2dmg per hit.

If Emp becomes plant type, we go back to the entire guild hit the emp thing, best breaker will be full aspd players, I guess there is going to be a pneuma instead of a safety wall on emp now... good bye to emp break in less than 1 sec them... I think Double Atk will still work, I dont know about tripe atk, it doesnt work now, so I dont think it will work on renewal.

but i think, blitzers will be more efficient emp breakers? or is it just me... 5hit per blitz... imagine a 120 agi 100 luk? it will be blitzing like no tommorow...

I don't know if Blitz actually hurts the Emperium because I believe Raging Trifecta Blow doesn't work on it so Blitz shouldn't either. Anyway to get a Ranger to hit 5 times with Auto Blitz they will need to be job 50 which is a rather large amount of EXP and time just for a breaker that won't have much use other than breaking. Do arrows even do damage to the Emperium >.>?

auto blitz can be attained even if your a hunter. it just depends on ASPD and LUK.

Yes, arrows does damage to emp. well, if the emp is still immune to magic or skills, then auto blitz still cant hit.

I just thought about this but my maestro equipping berserk guitar would be the best breaker. XD
