What is a Ygnus Stale?

250 atk 2hand axe that inflicts "ignition" (I think this is burning) on target, and sometimes on owner.

Unless that burning status works like a savage bebe/mailbreaker/etc (as opposed to a skill autocast), it's total junk. If you can set people on fire with AoE's with that, it could be interesting if the proc rate is high enough

Isn't the Katar from one of the WoE weapon supply boxes? With it's demi human attributes i would think it is. But not sure.

Killed the Kraken (non-Malangdo) (Bayalan 6) maybe.....15 times? oh HE gum.......0 high wep boxes. Whoever wrote 50% drop rate on iro.db is insane.

HWB seems like 5% or so from Octopus.

There seem to be 2 drops from easy culverts (1 from mvp, 1 on floor), both seem around 20% or so.

It drops at higher rate from hard culverts MVP, and also can appear on floor there.
