Is there any relevancy in overupgrading a Bellum bible past +6? Can a +12 bible grant a better "Heal"?

Pretty sure it doesn't increase Heal. A +12 Bible would just have higher atk/matk and while MATK does increase Heal, it's not a significant difference that would justify +12'ing something.

For Vellum Bible, yes.

?_? The bonus at level 150 is already extremely generous; it's something like a 5k heal without any other healing gears. That's something you can achieve outside of PVP/WoE with a +12 KVM Cure Wand WITH a +12 Ygg Crown using self heals and a good amount of INT. Or a highly upgraded Recovery Light, White Ladies, etc.
