Hi!
For the skills Witchs Curse.
Is it worth maxing? or Should i leave at 1 for lower cooldown (more uses).
The skills description also doesnt match as the text says
it lasts 25 secs at lvl 5, but the skill says 16 secs.

P.S. can anyone also comment whether
solar caracha rings or stella rings are better for invokers.
