Like I know for 2H, most would say the best would be SF because that's honestly all I see. Are the Unique/Epic Spears out there better than the green/blue ones? Names of the weapon would be appreciated.

Depends what for?

PvM a Courage Widow Maker w/ T7 or P7 for King Farming
PvM [AoE] Hardened Widow Maker w/ D7 or R7 works for maximum damage
PvP [1v1] Epic Spear w/ R7, D7, T7, M7 or P7 [depends on skills, stat build and Enemy]
PvP [War/CD] Either Prec Widow Maker w/ Sagi, D7 or R7 | or | Same as 1v1 Epic but use D7 or R7 [you tend to aoe more in War/CD fights]

As far as Spear vs 2H sword, it's hugely debated, but I think it just matters with what the popular class is at the time. Since it's Raider + Scout season, most people went 2H Sword cause of the passive ACC in the skill tree. If the popular class was like a Mage or Dealer, Then most likely the popular class would be Axe/Spear [heavy on stuns + aspd]

note:spears used to get mspd passives on first tree spear passive, but was removed due to people mixing the passives, this might return as a feature for spear champs with the pegasus update where it is required to wear the spear to receive the mspd passive, but only time will tell. But that's one the main reasons why spears are now less desirable.

R7 is good for Champs cuz it gives them max ap and def as well... D7 is good to add ap for other classes.
