Valfreja 2 and Valfreja 3 were the worst for today's WoE2.0. The delays only started up as soon as people encountered each other. Realm delays were a lot lower this time around with the fix.For those experiencing latency during WoE, please note which castle the latency was worst in and at what time.

There are a lot of really serious reasons a computer won't turn on.
But I still need to ask the person if they've plugged the computer in. Because it has happened before that this was the problem.
It's not as silly as you guys are making it that he asked people to try /effect, but it is a little insulting if you've played this game for 5-10 years like some people here and he thinks you can't tell the difference between redraw issues on your screen (/effect will help here) and latency, or in this case, their server software grinding to a halt and queuing up stuff and playing it back after it catches up (fun, it's like watching RO-replay in the middle of WoE!).

I do IT for a living.

If he read any of the threads that were posted, it was pretty easy to point out how many people said... "Turning of effects doesn't help"
