I already got the pieces of hair and mixeture and the cupon and i went to lighthalzen and when i click change hairstyle the man say that im not mature, do i have to do something else before?

I believe you have to be level 50 to change your hairstyle, or something like that if I recall correctly.

You also need 3 counteragents not just mixtures.

Level requirement is 60

You have to be level 60 to hair change.
If you are above level 60, you probably didn't have the proper ingredients.
