I see that Combat Knife with spell enchants is usually the thing to go for War for DBing.
And its Quad hunter fly dagger for PVE or you could use the CK here too for spamming.

My question is - I am fairly new to RK, are there any other variants for DBing weapons ?

And as far as HS goes - which enchants are better ? Expert Archer Spears ? So A double kingbird Gungir with expert enchants is best ?

1) moonlight dagger is good for PVE the 10% sp increase for more dmg also the sp leech from dagger works with DB.

2) For PVP and WOE vellum spear is best for HS. For PVM any spear with Kingbird and/or EA enchants. I prefer long horn but gungnir is good as well as brocca. Even Hunting spear does ok dmg with HS just make sure you have Ur's set

Moonlight Dagger with SP Enchants is hands down best for DB damage in PVE. In War,a combat knife or enchanted mailbreaker will suffice as well.Other than that,you have mjolnir for spamming.

Expert Archer enchants at the highest level possible(Level 6) are the best for HS and imho, a Double Kingbird Gungir[1] with Expert Archer enchants is the best weapon for HS hands down,especially at +12 or higher.I have yet to test FS 8 Enchants with EA 6 Enchants,but i would have to go with EA being better.
